Medior Account Manager

recruiting new customers to achieve commercial objectives? Then

These are your responsibilities
Customer acquisition

  • Drawing up a sales plan including targets and budgets for recruiting new customers;
  • Identifying opportunities based on national coverage or article groups and responding to them;
  • Visiting potential customers independently;
  • Participating in trade fairs to acquire new customers.

Relationship management

  • Drawing up a sales plan including targets and budgets for existing customers;
  • Maintaining, improving and expanding customer relationships with existing customers;
  • Creating long-term and profitable partnerships with existing customers;
  • Proactively inventory the needs of the existing customer and actively respond to them.

Other activities

  • Preparing reports on turnover and margins per brand and then presenting them to the Sales Manager;
  • Administrative tasks, such as placing orders and recording actions, communication and correspondence;
  • Carrying out preparatory work for key accounts, such as reselling and creating concept orders for the purchasing season;
  • Making analyses and keeping up to date with trends and developments in the market as well as communicating within the department.

  • You have excellent communication skills (Dutch & English) and are persuasive.
  • You have a passion for fashion and a strong commercial insight.
  • You have HBO work and thinking level in the direction of Sales or Fashion.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a sales position, preferably in fashion.
  • You have knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
  • You are available 38 hours per week.
