Orders & Deliveries

We do our best to ship your order as soon as possible. If you order before 21:00, your order will be shipped the same day.
If you order before 10:00 and choose the delivery option 'Same day delivery', your order will be delivered the same evening. Please note! This only applies to working days from Monday to Friday. Please note that delivery depends on the delivery service. Always keep a close eye on the track & trace so that you always stay up to date!
Is the track & trace on delivered but you have not received a package? We advise you to first inquire with your (over)neighbors. If they have not received your package, we advise you to contact us so that we can help you further.
Malelions is not responsible for delays in the parcel service.

You can pay in the Malelions webshop in the following ways:

- Klarna pay within 30 days
- Klarna pay in 3 parts
- Fashioncheque (up to a maximum of €50) due to the European anti-money laundering directive AMLD5
- Paypal

It may happen that your order has been cancelled. This can be due to the following reasons:
• We received an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, which prevented us from processing your order.
• The payment was not completed successfully. When paying afterwards, please make sure you first verify yourself via your Klarna or Riverty account.
• The item you ordered is unfortunately no longer in stock.
If you have any questions about your cancelled order, please feel free to contact our customer service.

- It is not possible to settle discounts afterwards.
- Discount codes cannot be combined.
- Discount codes are case and space sensitive when entered.
- If you have ordered an item and it later goes on sale, we cannot apply the discount retroactively.

Sometimes it can happen that your package is delayed. If your track & trace is not visible within 24 hours after receiving the shipping confirmation, please contact us via the contact form.
Please note! Did you order during the weekend? Then we advise you to wait until Monday and contact us on Tuesday.
Exchanges & Returns

Once you have received your order from Malelions you have 30 days to return the order. You can register the return via the following link: Register return
Use the order number and the email address with which the order was placed. Also add the return form (in the package) that you received with the order. Can't find it anymore or did you throw it away? Send us an email and we can resend it to you!

When you return your order, you can also choose to exchange the item for a different size. As soon as we have received your return, we will process it and send the new item (if in stock) to you. If the item is out of stock, we will always contact you by email.
Please note that you can only exchange an item once .

Your return will be processed in our warehouse within 14 business days after delivery. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email from Returnista. If you have not received confirmation after 14 business days, please contact our customer service via the contact form.
Did you pay with iDeal? Then the refund will be credited to your account under the name Mollie Payments within two working days after processing your return.

- You have 30 days after receiving your order to return your product(s).
- The products must be unused, unworn and in original condition.
- All labels and hangtags must still be attached to the product.
- The products must be returned in the original packaging.
- Products that have been custom made or personalized cannot be returned.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.
- For hygiene reasons, underwear can only be returned if the packaging is unopened.
- Bikinis may only be returned if the hygiene strip is still intact.
Please note: If an item does not meet our return policy, we cannot accept it for return. Our returns department carefully checks each returned item based on various criteria.
You can easily return items to us within 30 days of receipt. We understand that sometimes you need to return one or more items, so no problem!
To handle returns more sustainably, we charge a small fee of €0.50 per item for four or more returned items. Together we can make a difference for the environment and a more sustainable future.
Defecten & Garantie

Zodra je jouw bestelling van Malelions hebt ontvangen hanteren wij een garantie periode van 6 maanden. Onder deze garantieperiode vallen fabrieksfouten.

Is jouw item defect binnen de 6 maanden garantieperiode kan je dit opgeven via ons retourportaal
Wij zullen je defect dan binnen 1-3 werkdagen beoordelen en een update geven over de gewenste oplossing.
Let op: items gekocht in een winkel waar Malelions verkocht wordt kunnen wij niet beoordelen.
