Acties

Deze actie is geldig bij aankoop van geselecteerde items uit de SS26-collectie van Malelions. Bij aankoop van een deelnemend item ontvang je een gratis Malelions shopper.
- Bij aankoop van herenitems ontvang je een zwarte shopper.
- Bij aankoop van damesitems ontvang je een beige shopper.
De shopper wordt automatisch toegevoegd aan je winkelmandje wanneer je aan de actievoorwaarden voldoet.
De actie is geldig zolang de voorraad strekt: op = op.
Indien je (een deel van) je bestelling retourneert waardoor je niet meer aan de actievoorwaarden voldoet, dien je de gratis shopper ook te retourneren.
Wanneer de shopper niet wordt geretourneerd, kan de verkoopwaarde van de shopper in rekening worden gebracht.
Deze actie is niet geldig in combinatie met andere promoties, tenzij anders vermeld.
Pre-orders

De levering is binnen 6 weken na lancering van de pre-order.
Bij vertraging zullen wij dit uiteraard mededelen.

De pre-order bestelling is alleen geldig met het pre-order product, hierbij kunnen geen andere producten besteld worden.

Helaas is het achteraf niet meer mogelijk om je order te wijzigen, annuleren is mogelijk binnen 2 werkdagen na plaatsten van de order.

Voor deze pre-order geldt geen retour/ruil optie, mocht je vragen hebben over het item kan je altijd contact opnemen via ons contactformulier.
Exchanges & Returns

Once you have received your order from Malelions you have 30 days to return the order. You can register the return via the following link: Register return
Use the order number and the email address with which the order was placed. Also add the return form (in the package) that you received with the order. Can't find it anymore or did you throw it away? Send us an email and we can resend it to you!

When you return your order, you can also choose to exchange the item for a different size. As soon as we have received your return, we will process it and send the new item (if in stock) to you. If the item is out of stock, we will always contact you by email.
Please note that you can only exchange an item once .

Your return will be processed in our warehouse within 14 business days after delivery. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email from Returnista. If you have not received confirmation after 14 business days, please contact our customer service via the contact form.
Did you pay with iDeal? Then the refund will be credited to your account under the name Mollie Payments within two working days after processing your return.

- You have 30 days after receiving your order to return your product(s).
- The products must be unused, unworn and in original condition.
- All labels and hangtags must still be attached to the product.
- The products must be returned in the original packaging.
- Products that have been custom made or personalized cannot be returned.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.
- For hygiene reasons, underwear can only be returned if the packaging is unopened.
- Bikinis may only be returned if the hygiene strip is still intact.
Please note: If an item does not meet our return policy, we cannot accept it for return. Our returns department carefully checks each returned item based on various criteria.
You can easily return items to us within 30 days of receipt. We understand that sometimes you need to return one or more items, so no problem!
To handle returns more sustainably, we charge a small fee of €0.50 per item for four or more returned items. Together we can make a difference for the environment and a more sustainable future.
Defecten & Garantie

Zodra je jouw bestelling van Malelions hebt ontvangen hanteren wij een garantie periode van 6 maanden. Onder deze garantieperiode vallen fabrieksfouten.

Is jouw item defect binnen de 6 maanden garantieperiode kan je dit opgeven via ons retourportaal
Wij zullen je defect dan binnen 1-3 werkdagen beoordelen en een update geven over de gewenste oplossing.
Let op: items gekocht in een winkel waar Malelions verkocht wordt kunnen wij niet beoordelen.
