Swap

You request an exchange for a different size, in which case the return costs are free. However, it is not possible to request an exchange for a different item or a different colour - an exchange is only possible for the same item in a different size. As soon as we have received and processed the return shipment, we will send you the correct size. You can only request an exchange once. If the item still does not fit, you cannot register it for an exchange again and you must order it again yourself. Please note! Items are not reserved when choosing an exchange.



Refund

You indicate that you want to receive the purchase amount back, in which case you pay for the return shipment yourself via the return portal. As soon as we have received and processed the return shipment, we will credit the amount. This will then be refunded to the account with which you paid, or we will adjust it on your Riverty or Klarna invoice.


Store Credit

You can also indicate to receive store credit for your return shipment. Then you will receive store credit after arrival/processing that can only be spent in our webshop. If you choose this option you will also receive a €6 gift on top of your store credit.

Please note! If you received a free gift, you must return it, unless you still meet the order amount to receive a gift.

Right of cancellation

In accordance with the Distance Selling Act, you are entitled to a cooling-off period. The cooling-off period (30 days) starts on the day after you receive the package from us. Within this period, you can cancel the purchase (without giving reasons) and return the product.

Products that you return under the Distance Selling Act must be returned in their original condition (and if reasonably possible, including the original packaging). If you do not comply with this, we reserve the right to refuse the return. In the event of an accepted return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days. Returning products is at your own expense and risk. Especially for more expensive products, it is strongly recommended to send the package by registered mail.

If you ordered an item from the sale, we recommend choosing store credit.


Returns Policy

The items you wish to return must be unworn (trying them on is of course allowed) and all original tags must still be attached to the item. The item may not have any signs of wear or other stains.

Underwear can only be returned for hygiene reasons if the packaging is unopened. Bikinis can only be returned if the hygiene strip is still intact.

Please note: If an item does not meet our return conditions, we unfortunately cannot accept it for return. Our returns department carefully checks each returned item based on various criteria. If a return does not meet the conditions, we cannot process it and cannot issue a refund.


Specially formulated products cannot be returned.
