Swap

You request an exchange, in this case no additional costs for return shipment will be charged. As soon as we have received and processed the return shipment, we will send you the correct size. If the article is no longer available in your size, this will be converted into a refund or store credit.

Should you decide to place a new order before we have processed your return, you can let us know by email or telephone. We will then convert this into a refund.

Refund

You indicate that you want to receive the purchase amount back, in which case you pay for the return shipment yourself via the return portal. As soon as we have received and processed the return shipment, we will credit the amount. This will then be refunded to the account with which you paid, or we will adjust it on your Riverty or Klarna invoice.

Shop credit

You can also indicate to receive store credit for your return shipment. Then you will receive store credit after arrival/processing that can only be spent in our webshop. This code is then valid for one year and can be used on all articles.

Please note! If you received a free gift, you must return it, unless you still meet the order amount to receive a gift.

Right of cancellation

In accordance with the Distance Selling Act, you are entitled to a cooling-off period. The cooling-off period (30 days) starts on the day after you receive the package from us. Within this period, you can cancel the purchase (without giving reasons) and return the product.

Products that you return under the Distance Selling Act must be returned in their original condition (and if reasonably possible, including the original packaging). If you do not comply with this, we reserve the right to refuse the return. In the event of an accepted return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days. Returning products is at your own expense and risk. Especially for more expensive products, it is strongly recommended to send the package by registered mail.

Malelions does not give money back on sale items, you can use the amount as a voucher in our webshop.

Specially formulated products are non-returnable.
