General terms and conditions of Malelions, established in Veldhoven.

General
These terms and conditions apply to all agreements concluded with Malelions. The moment you place an order via the web store or via e-mail, you agree to the terms and conditions. Malelions reserves the right to change and / or expand these terms and conditions.

Privacy
Your personal data will be included in the Malelions customer base. Malelions does not provide data to third parties, so your privacy is not compromised.

Copyright
It is prohibited to copy, publish, reproduce or otherwise use text and / or visual material without written permission. Malelions is forced to take legal action in the event of a violation.

Order and agreement
You can place an order through the order application on the website. You must complete this truthfully and completely. If you order a tailor-made product, your return right will expire as you explicitly instruct Malelions to make the product. Malelions reserves the right to terminate the agreement as soon as you do not comply with the conditions set by Malelions.

Prices and Payment
The prices quoted are in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs. Malelions is not responsible for printing errors on the site.

You can pay for the products on the website through an iDeal or PayPal payment. When payment is completed, production will be initiated and your order will be processed. If the payment has not been received by Malelions after 5 days, Malelions will send you a payment reminder. You then have 3 days to make the payment. If the order is not paid after 8 days, the order will be canceled.

Cancellation
If you want to cancel the order, you must report this by email to webshop@malelions.com

Shipping and Delivery
We use DHL for all shipments (both at home and abroad). All products are sent with a Track & Trace code through a package service. The costs for all packages are €4.50. For orders over €90, no shipping costs are charged. The order will be sent as soon as the payment has been credited to the bank account of Malelions. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email when the order is shipped. Delivery takes place while supplies last. Malelions informs you when a product is no longer in stock.
We aim to send the order within 1-2 business days via DHL.

Trial period / right of withdrawal
If there is a consumer purchase, in accordance with the Distance Selling Act (Article 7: 5 of the Dutch Civil Code), you have the right to return (part of) the delivered goods within a period of 30 days without giving a reason. This period starts when the ordered products have been delivered. If you have not returned the delivered products to Malelions after this period, the purchase is a fact. If you want to return products within the period of 30 working days after delivery, you must report this to Malelions by email. Make sure you have a valid shipping receipt for the return shipment. The products must be returned in the original packaging (including accessories and any accompanying documentation) and in good condition. If the products have been used or damaged, the right to dissolve shall lapse. With due observance of the provisions in the previous sentence, Malelions ensures that the purchase amount is refunded to the buyer within 14 days after the receipt of the return shipment. The return of the delivered goods is entirely for the account and risk of the buyer. The right of withdrawal does not apply to jewelry that is tailor-made for you.

If you have complaints or are dissatisfied with certain matters, do not hesitate to contact Malelions. You can send an email to webshop@malelions.com. We would love to hear your story and of course Malelions will do its best to resolve this to your satisfaction.

Images and specifications
All images and specifications regarding dimensions, colors, etc. on the Malelions site makes it approximate, are indicative and cannot give rise to compensation or termination of the agreement.

Mobile Terms of Service
The Malelions Services B.V. mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Malelions Services B.V. (“Malelions Services B.V.”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Malelions Services B.V.’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Malelions Services B.V. through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Malelions Services B.V.. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to Malelions or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Malelions Services B.V. mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

For Service support or assistance, text HELP to Malelions or email webshop@malelions.com.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
