Swap
Exchanges are free , but only for the same item in a different size—not for a different color or a different item. Once we've received and processed your return, we'll send you the correct size. Please note: you can only exchange it once. If it still doesn't fit, you can return it, but you'll be responsible for the shipping costs.
Please also note that items are not reserved for exchanges.
Store Credit
You can also opt for store credit. After your return is processed, you'll receive a store credit by email, valid only in our webshop. As a bonus, you'll receive a €6 gift . Please note: if you pay through Klarna or Riverty, your payment obligation remains.
Refund
You want to return the item for a refund. In that case, you'll be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we've received and processed your return, we'll refund the amount to your account or adjust your Klarna or Riverty invoice.
You can easily return items to us within 30 days of receipt. We understand that sometimes you need to return one or more items, so no problem!
To handle returns more sustainably, we charge a small fee of €0.50 per item for four or more returned items. Together we can make a difference for the environment and a more sustainable future.
Did you receive a free gift? You must return it, unless you still meet the minimum order amount.
Right of cancellation
Under the Distance Selling Act, you have a right of return. This 30-day return period begins the day after you receive your package from us. Within this period, you can cancel your purchase (without giving a reason) and return the product.
Products you return under the Distance Selling Act must be returned in their original condition (and, if reasonably possible, including the original packaging). If you fail to comply with this, we reserve the right to refuse the return. If your return is accepted, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days. Returning products is at your own expense and risk. Especially for more expensive products, we strongly recommend sending the package by registered mail.
Did you order a sale item? We recommend choosing store credit.
Return Policy
The items you wish to return must be unworn (trying them on is welcome, of course) and all original tags must still be attached. The item must not show any signs of wear or other stains.
For hygiene reasons, underwear can only be returned if the packaging is unopened. Bikinis may only be returned if the hygiene strip is still intact.
Please note: If an item does not meet our return policy, we unfortunately cannot accept it for return. Our returns department carefully reviews each returned item based on various criteria. If a return does not meet the conditions, we cannot process it and cannot issue a refund.
Specially formulated products cannot be returned.
